The term of this agreement will begin upon the date that the secure payment is made.

Artist agrees to complete artwork services upon approval to the clients inquiry. This agreement will remain in full force and effective until the completion of the services.

Services could include, From the Photo Album, Live Art on Your Special Day, Have It All: The Wedding Bundle, and A Little Something Extra. Options between Drawings and Paintings.

Artists will provide all materials to complete artwork in the studio and on site. 

(Live Service Specific) Client must provide artists a 5ftx5ft space for Artist to make at the venue. Clients must inform the venue there will be a live artist on sight. All artwork requirements for live performance will be discussed during consultation. 

In the event either party wishes to terminate this agreement prior to completion of the services, the party will be required to provide a 15 days’ written notice to the other party. 

In the event that this agreement is terminated by Client prior to completion of the services, but the services have been partially complete, the Artist will be entitled to a pro-rata payment of the compensation to the date of termination provided that there has been no breach in contract. 

Secure Payment is non-refundable 

(Live Art Specific) If service is terminated prior to live art performance (if paid) will be refundable, if terminated after live art performance deposits made prior are non-refundable.

Payments must be made within 5 days of receiving an invoice, unless otherwise discussed. Accepted payment methods, Cash, Check, and Online (through payment service linked to invoice). 

Secure payment must be paid to guarantee Artist Services. 

All artwork will be professionally packaged and shipped through UPS.

Artists reserve the rights to photos, videos, or reproductions of the artworks for promotional purposes. 

All copies or reproductions of the artworks will be sold through me. In the event you would like copies or reproductions of the artwork please contact me. 

All notices, requests, demands or other communication required will be given via email and phone.
